What is Vegetable Oil?

Vegetable oil is a compound formed by the combination of unsaturated fatty acids and glycerol. It is widely distributed in nature and is derived from the fruits, seeds, nuts and germ of plants. The main constituent of vegetable oil is the ester that produced by straight chain advanced fatty acid and glycerol. In addition to palmitic acid, stearic acid and oleic acid, fatty acid also contains a variety of unsaturated acid, wait like erucic acid, tung oleic acid, castor oil acid and more.
